Heather Schultz, Vice President at Senn Delaney, has just been added as a featured speaker.  Ms. Schultz is the former Chief Knowledge Management & Learning Officer at Save the Children, an international organization creating lasting, positive change for children in need around the world.  Prior to Save the Children, she was the Chief Operating Officer of the Tom Peters Company, where she guided leaders to transform their companies' culture and operational effectiveness.

Ms. Schultz has served as a board member for a number of arts institutions and is executive director of a not-for-profit organization focused on African development through the delivery and installation of computers in schools in rural Africa.  Known for her humor and ability to engage audiences, Ms. Schultz has been a keynote speaker at a number of conferences and executive leadership events.  Leading Authorities Speakers Bureau acknowledged her as one of "The World's Top 50 Speakers".
